Meeting Rooms
The library has two public meeting rooms available
to educational, cultural and civic groups based in Amherst or serving
Amherst residents. Organizations agreeing to the terms outlined below
are welcome to meet in one of these rooms when they are not being used
for library programs or meetings.
To Reserve a Room
- Use the library’s online system—it's fast and easy!
- Visit or call all the library (673-2288)
- Email
a completed meeting room application
For
reservations within the next three days,
please call or visit the library in person.
Please note: Use of
a library meeting room implies acceptance of all library policies, including
the Meeting Room Policy, Unattended
Children Policy and Patron Behavior
Policy.
